All our rooms have sneeze barriers, and are washed and disinfected between pets' visits to eliminate diseases. Bedding and soft toys are machine-washed. Jane Delmayne is a retired infection control nurse, and of course ensures that the rooms are always spotless.
We recommend that your cat is immunised against common cat infections, as recommended by your vet. If your cat is already having minor medical treatment, we are happy to administer this on your behalf.
We insist that all cats have been vaccinated against cat flu, to prevent any airborne outbreak of this serious illness. We also only allow cats from the same household to share a room, for hygiene reasons.
